March Contest 2022

A fantastic day at Umina for the March contest, glassy offshore conditions with some amazing surfing by all. Great to see everyone becoming more confident with their judging with thanks to our newly appointed Head Judge Garry 'Hands' Halliday guiding us along.

Thanks goes to Rod Wenban for picking up the gear needed for a successful contest. As always our Contest Directors John and Artie doing a wonderful job running a smooth contest. Our wonderful secretary making an appearance and helping out after a big week away helping those affected by the floods.

But the biggest thank you goes to the truly amazing Turiya! Gifting a longboard so that another member can continue to be a part of the surfing community and engage with all the wonderful friends that she has made. Thank you Turiya, your generosity is outstanding!
